Program Site Information

Your MEI Email Address

You will need this MEI email address to login to your Program Site, My MEI Portal and your Google Classroom.

Students:

Use the following for your MEI email address:

  • Username: StudentFirstName.StudentLastName@meiacademy.com (ex. jane.smith@meiacademy.com)
  • Password: meistudent

Parents:

Use the general parent login information provided below.

  • Username: StudentFirstName.StudentLastName.Parent@meiacademy.com (ex. jane.smith.parent@meiacademy.com)
  • Password: meiparent

Create your MEI Profile

We have found that Google Chrome is the best browser to use. If you do NOT already have a Google chrome account:

  1. Search and then select "Sign in Google Account" in Google.
  2. A new window will open and you will be prompted to enter your MEI email and password—If this is the first time you are logging into your MEI Academy account, you will be prompted to change your password. Enter a new password and be sure to store it somewhere safe, where you can find it. MEI does not have access to your new password.

If you already have a Google Chrome account, you will have to activate the "Add another account" feature.

To set up the "Add another account" feature, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to the name in the upper right corner of your Google Chrome browser window on your computer.
  2. Select "Add another account".
  3. A new window will open and you will be prompted to enter your MEI email and password—If this is the first time you are logging into your MEI Academy account, you will be prompted to change your password. Enter a new password and be sure to store it somewhere safe, where you can find it. MEI does not have access to your new password.

Program Site and My MEI Portal

While you are in your MEI Google account profile, go to our website and select "Login" from the top right corner. From there, you can access your Program Site. The Program Site is where you will find general information including calendars, reading lists, travel information, and a digital yearbook.

Once you are in the Program Site, you will find the tab that will give you access to the My MEI Portal. The Portal is where you can access your invoice and the forms with various due dates.
